2. Discuss & Define the Exchange
Once you find a match, move to a private chat to set the ground rules. To ensure a “Lion-hearted” experience for everyone, please agree on:
Specific Scope: What exactly is being handed over?
The Timeline: When will the work be completed?
The Deliverables: What does “finished” look like?
3. Execute & Elevate
