• My Need: Exactly what you are looking for help with right now.

• Time Commitment: How many hours or “units” of work are you proposing? (e.g., “3 hours of consulting for 3 hours of design work”).

• Best Way to Connect: (e.g., “DM me here on Substack or email me at [Address]”).

2. Discuss & Define the Exchange

Once you find a match, move to a private chat to set the ground rules. To ensure a “Lion-hearted” experience for everyone, please agree on:

• Specific Scope: What exactly is being handed over?

• The Timeline: When will the work be completed?

• The Deliverables: What does “finished” look like?

3. Execute & Elevate
